Member Information Update

Overview

In March 2025, all members will receive a printout of the information that the Society currently has on file for you.  You can return that printout to us with corrections or submit your corrections using this page. 

Because we do not store member information on our web server, we cannot generate a page for you showing your current information. Please refer to the email or letter you received to see a summary of the data we have on file for you. 

Please be sure to include your name and email address so we can match your corrections to our existing records. Other fields need be filled in only if there have been changes. 

If you do not have a copy of your records easily available but wish to ensure we have current information, you can fill in as many of the fields as you desire. 

If a field is left blank, we will not change the information (if any) for that field in our main database. 

Once you submit this form, you will receive an email with a summary of the information you have submitted. You will also be transferred to our home page. 

Spousal Membership

Spouses are included at no additional charge for all membership categories. If your spouse wishes to receive newsletters, announcements, etc. from us, be sure to include your spouse’s email. A cell phone number can also be included, but to-date we communicate primarily by email and not by text message or phone call. 

What information do we keep on members?

Once Membership Applications and Member Information Update forms have been processed, we remove the collected information from our web server to help protect your privacy. 

The information that we keep in our off-line database includes names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, membership category, and record of dues payment and donations.

If you submit comments to us, those comments are also normally retained. 

In our email program, Constant Contact, we keep a record of the membership information we need to generate appropriate emails to you, e.g., information from RSVP forms and record of dues payment. 

Besides dues payment and donations, we retain no personal financial information on our members. If you submit dues payments or donations to us online via PayPal, we receive only your name, email address, and the payment. PayPal does not forward to us your bank or credit card information.
