All members of the Society who are in good standing are urged to attend the 2026 Annual Business Meeting. A light German-style luncheon will be served at 2:00 pm, followed by the business meeting 3:00 pm. Please bring a dessert to share.
A primary agenda item for the meeting will be the election of Board members. The Society has numerous vacancies on the Board of Directors, and the Nominations Committee is activity recruiting potential Board members. In a change from recent practice, members in good standing may nominate fellow members at the meeting itself. Members who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors or nominating someone else to serve on the Board should review the information available here:
In addition to the election of Board members, the agenda includes a review of recent activities, a vote on by-law changes, and introduction of the winners of the Society’s summer study scholarships.
